Do you need somebody to talk to?

We are here to help, whether you've had an unexpected pregnancy, an abortion, experienced a miscarriage or suffered from baby loss.

Our service is completely confidential and FREE.

Regardless of age, beliefs or circumstances, our trained advisors are able to provide a listening ear, unbiased information and counselling. Our ongoing support enables clients to thoughtfully work through their choices and situations in a safe and relaxed environment.

Pregnancy Choices

Sometimes finding you're pregnant can be a frightening and confusing experience.

In a supportive environment you can talk over your situation with a counsellor trained to help you.

She'll offer you relevant information, help you to weigh the options and come to an informed decision.

Please note that we are unable to refer clients directly for a termination of pregnancy

Miscarriage, Stillbirth & Baby Loss?

Having lost a baby, during pregnancy or soon after birth, most women and their partners feel a sense of overwhelming loss and devastation.

As well as feelings of extreme sadness, you may have experienced anger, resentment, anxiety, panic, sleeplessness etc.

It can be helpful to know that such painful feelings are a normal part of grieving.
